Booking conditions and useful information

We accept no responsibility for illness, accidents, weather and such like
Please note that we do not accept credit or EC cards, you can get cash at the counter or at the cash machines of both banks
Finnish sauna and aroma steam bath are included in the price
Rooms and apartments are available from 2:00 pm at the latest on the day of your arrival
Rooms and apartments should be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure
Pets are not allowed
Smoking: Italian law forbids smoking in all public spaces. Smoking is not allowed in your room/apartment due to the lingering smell of smoke. Ash trays are available on individual floors for use on balconies.

Cancellations

Sounds unpleasant and is – both for you and for us. It’s a pity when rooms/apartments remain empty though others would have liked to have used them. You will be charged should you fail to keep your reservation, should you cancel at short notice, or should you depart early or arrive late. We ask for your understanding in this matter.

Bookings are viewed as having been confirmed after receipt of a deposit of approx. 30 % of the overall sum or following the conclusion of travel cancellation insurance

Cancellations up to 60 days before the start of your holiday – cancellation fee 30,00 €, refund of deposit
From 60 days to 21 days before the start of your holiday, your deposit will not be refunded.
From 21 days before the start of your holiday, we are entitled to charge for 80% of your booking. (Place of jurisdiction is Schlanders)
If you fail to arrive on time or if you leave early, we are entitled to charge you for the full price of your accommodation.

Unfortunately, printing and spelling errors do occur sometimes. All price details are thus supplied without liability.
